Online purchasess Returns- All products sold are final and will not be eligible for returns. Exchanges- will be available for defective products or delivery of wrong items eg(Broken diffuser / received wrong scent) Exchanges must be done within 14 days of your order. Please contact us with a picture of the defective product and order number for us to process your exchange. Reimbursement & Processing time- All exchanges will be processed typically within 7days. There may be a slight delay during peak periods but nontheless we would like to assure you that we will be working at full capacity to assist you
